CONDUCT OF TRADE
Trading here at www.Hobbyhund.no is easy. You press “add to basket” on the product you want to buy. The item will then be stored in your shopping cart, so that you can easily continue shopping or go directly to the checkout for payment. There you simply select shipping and payment method and then enter your contact and delivery address.
When you have completed a transaction with us, you approve and agree to our terms. When trading an item, you approve and agree to the product’s information and notices.
PRIVACY, SECURITY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
In connection with the order, you agree that Hobbyhund stores and uses your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via e-mail, in order to be able to offer the service you expect from us. Hobbyhund will not disclose your personal information to third-party systems. Under the Privacy Act, you have the right once a year to receive the information we have stored about you. We reserve the right to use your email to send marketing and newsletters. By submitting your e-mail in “popups” on the page, you also approve e-mail marketing.
PRICES
All our prices are incl. VAT. and e.g. shipping unless the customer chooses to pick up the item themselves from our warehouse or if we have a “free shipping campaign”. Then the customer will not have to pay for shipping. Our prices can vary and reservations are therefore made about price changes in relation to the market and other factors. We also reserve the right to write/typographical errors on our website.
CANCELLATION
When canceling an ordered item, a transaction fee of 10% will be charged. In case of cancellation of goods that are in stock, there will be no fees.
PAYMENT
The payment methods we have are: VISA, MasterCard and Klarna. If you as a customer pay by card, the purchase price will be charged the same day.
If the buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card is charged on the same day that the item is sent/the service is delivered.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
The customer chooses the delivery method of the product himself at checkout. The delivery time for goods that are in the main warehouse is normally 1-5 days (depending on where in the country the product is to be sent). In the event that products are in high demand, longer delivery times may occur. If we are empty of the item in the main warehouse, the delivery time can be up to 2 months days (then we will provide information about this in the individual article to which this applies). When pre-ordering, we will state the earliest and latest delivery date for the individual item. If you choose to “collect the package yourself”, you can usually collect the package on the same day. If something else applies, we will write this in the individual article to which this applies.
Hobbyhund.no is responsible for the item until it is delivered to the customer.
The customer is responsible for picking up the item and if the item is not picked up within 14 days, a return fee corresponding to the shipping to the customer will be charged. It is also the customer’s responsibility to call for the item if it has not been received within the expected delivery time. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address – and is responsible for paying shipping (both ways) if the item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURN
The right of withdrawal applies to the online store, Hobbyhund.no. According to Norwegian law (Right of Cancellation Act), customers have the right to cancel a purchase. If you, as a customer, regret your purchase from us, this must be reported within 14 days after the item has been received. For the right of withdrawal to apply, the item must be returned in the condition the customer received and within a reasonable time. The customer is responsible for the risk of return transport and must cover any costs in connection with return shipping.

DAMAGE TO GOODS AND RIGHT OF CLAIM
When you receive your order, it is important to check the goods for damage or defects. Should the item be damaged or destroyed, you can contact us for further instructions. You have a two-year right to complain in accordance with Norwegian law.
RETURN/EXCHANGE OF ITEM
When returning an item, the customer is responsible for the risk of return transport and must cover any costs in connection with return shipping. When exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for any costs in connection with return shipping.
REFUND
When refunding an amount after canceling an order or using the right of withdrawal, the refund will only be made when:
- the amount is registered on our account or
- the product has been received in return and in the condition in which we sent the item

By subscribing to Hobbyhund sms marketing, you agree to automatically receive marketing sms from us about products and services to the phone number you entered when you registered. Answer STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to end your subscription.
INFORMATION IN THE ONLINE STORE
We reserve the right to cancel all or part of the order, as well as remove item(s), without prior notice in the event of typing/printing errors which mean that we cannot deliver according to information provided on our online store, marketing or otherwise. If an item is sold out, HobbyHund can also cancel your order or parts of it. In that case, we will let you know about this and possibly inform you about a new estimated delivery date or an alternative product. You can choose to accept our new offer with the changes we specify in relation to your order or cancel all or part of the order.
